Even though most of Kedah players missing the brilliant touch and influencing roles played by Cornellius Bernard Hugging, Nelson Sam Martin and Marlon Alex James, Kedah determined to display their best action against Muharraq FC for AFC Cup quarter final in Manama Bahrain tonight.

Kedah head coach, Mohd Azraai Khor Abdullah said despite missing their import players, he have no choice other than putting hopes to his local players even though their opponents having seven national player for Bahrain and two foreigners.
Muharraq FC hoping their hope two their twin strikers from Brazil, Rico and John from Nigeria who have a good pace.

Kedah who is newcomer for AFC Cup not only lacks of experience in continental competition, they also need to adjust the hot weather in Bahrain which go up until 40 degree Celsius. Most of the majority player for Kedah is Muslim. Playing in fasting period will be hard for them.

Kedah who has smaller physical than Muharraq FC players need to take advantage in term of speed if they want at least bring home decent results for second leg.
