Legendary Kedah manager, Dato' Paduka Ahmad Basri Akil pass away this evening after fell unconscious at Kedah Sultan palace in conjunction of 50 years ruling event. He fell down at 2:30 PM and was brought to Sultanah Bahiyah Hospital and declares dead at 3:00PM. Datuk Paduka Ahmad Basri is well known for Kedahan as the right man that develop Kedah team to become one of the football power in Malaysia. He also become the last man who led Malaysia to won gold medal in 1989 SEA Games.
Let’s pray his soul is blessed by the God.
