After winning Malaysia Cup, Super League Cup and FA Cup for two consecutive years, Kedah players and management team awarded Ahli Cemerlang Semangat Jerai (ASJ) by the Sultan of Kedah at the Istana Anak Bukit yesterday afternoon.

According to Kedah assistant coach, Radhi Mat Din
“It takes a Herculean effort to achieve a double treble. The path to the pinnacle required a lot of sacrifices and commitment from the players, team management and the FA. To achieve the treble in two consecutive seasons will take another 100 years or more to come by!
“The foreign players too played a part in our successes. But without the support and understanding both on and off the field, we would not have emerged as champions.”
