SUPER League and FA Cup title holder Kedah are on a roll as they spanked Terengganu 3-0 in the Malaysia Cup semi-final first leg game at Darulaman Stadium in Alor Star last night. Kedah are gunning for their second straight treble.
The squad under coach Azraai Khor Abdullah opened accounts all the way through Baddrol Baktiar in the 25th minute before striker from St. Vincent & Grenadines, Marlon Alex James, addded another five minutes before half time. Kedah led 2-0 at half-time.
The goal by Khyril Muhymeen Zambri in the 75th completed Kedah's triumph in fashion.
Kedah, who have preserved the Super League and the FA Cup titles, will be playing the Turtles in the return-leg match at the Sultan Mizan Stadium in Gong Badak on Sunday.
