Irwan Fadli Idrus will play for KL Plus for upcoming Malaysia Super League 2009 new season after his contract with UPB My Team is not renewed. KL Plus who finish second behind Kuala Muda Naza last season Malaysia Premier League is set to be among major contender to win the league title after major haul up made by their head coach Mat Zan Mat Aris.

Among the big name who will feature for KL Plus is Fadzli Shaari, Nurhafiz Zamani Misbah and Khairul Nizam Hanif,

Irwan will bring along his experience playing for top flight team like Kedah, Pahang and UPB My Team. With addition of Irwan Fadli Idrus, KL Plus expected to have a strong defensive unit for next season. Irwan was offered to play for KL Plus last October by KL Plus head coach Mat Zan Mat Aris, but only set his heart after Merdeka Cup Tournament.

Irwan determine to repay faith show by management and coaching staff. He hoping that KL Plus will give a good fight for last season treble champion, Kedah.
