Former national forward Khalid Jamlus will pull on Kelantan colours next season.
Khalid, whose 18 goals for Perak previous season completed him as the top local scorer in the Malaysian Super League, said he think playing Premier League football will help out restore his career.
"This is something new for me. I am trying to revive my career with Kelantan and I hope that things will work out well," said the Khalid, who was a core in the 1997 World Youth Cup team.
Khalid's signing is piece of a recruitment force that Kelantan are on as they have also signed Mohd Daudsu Jamaluddin, Mohd Nor Farhan and Ahmad Azlan Zainal in their proposition to win promotion to the MSL.
But Khalid, who has also played for Selangor before, is their prime signing thus far and the Perak-born said he is eager to slip on national colours again.
"I hope my performance in Kelantan will get me a national call-up and I am determined to do my best here."
