Controversy between Kedah FA and their last season manager, Datuk Othman Aziz come to end when Kedah FA appointed Alor Star Mayor, Datuk Khazali Din as their new manager for this season.

According to Kedah FA President, Datuk Seri Azizan Abdul Razak, the new manager appointment take effect since last week after Datuk Othman Aziz dont agree to continue his service.

Meanwhile, Majlis Sukan Negeri Kedah top man, Syed Khairul Anuar Syed Abidin appointed as the Kedah deputy manager. FAM has been informed bout his latest changes and their first test begin tonight when Kedah meet Super League leader KL PLUS at Darul Aman Stadium.
