Kedah dont have foreign player, but they give a good fight for the home team to give a run for their money. Before the match, Kedah, Hanoi ACB and Eastern Athletic were tie with three points and they all fighting for second spot.

Kedah start the match brilliantly to lead Eastern with two goals through Khyril Muhaimeen and Sabree Mat Abu. But 20 minutes before the match end, Easternmake a wake up call to level the score to 2-2.

Five minutes before full time, Kedah once again lead through Kyril Muhaimeen. But Kedah wasted their lead when Eastern Athletic tie Kedah with 3-3 scoreline in the dying minutes.

After match comment by Kedah head coach, Azraai Khor, he definetely regret not able to bring home three points but he is more dissapoint with the standard of referee in the match. He said he will write an official complaint to AFC due to poor standard of refereeing.
