Johor FC moved to the top of Group B with a hard-fought 2-1 win over Penang in their Malaysia Cup match at the City Stadium last night.

Johor FC now need just another point from their two remaining group matches to confirm their quarter-final berth. Johor FC now have 17 points, two more than closest rivals Police and Kedah.

The visitors then sealed victory in the 52nd minute through Mohd Azwad Arip’s close range attempt.
