Even Kedah suffer second consecutive match in AFC Cup 2009, Kedah head coach Mohd Azraai Khor Abdullah satisfied with his players effort despite went down 1-0 to Chonburi FC team from Thailand under Kiatisuk Senamuang guidance. As usual Kedah still feel the pain of missing Marlon Alex James lethal finishing this season.

From the video clips below, you can see lot of chances created by Kedah. But Chonburi FC cum Thailand goalkeeper, Kosin Hathairattanakool at his top performance last night. I confident that these two team standard is on par despite Chonburi FC fielding six national players and two foreigners in their starting line up comparing to Kedah with 100 percent local players.

It’s not the end for Kedah journey in AFC Cup. In the other match Hong Kong’s Eastern Athletic defeated Hanoi 3-0. The Malaysians now shadow these two teams by just three points in the standings.
