Negeri Sembilan stamps their football history to win their first Malaysia Cup. Negeri Sembilan turning up at Bukit Jalil as underdog where most of Malaysia believes Kelantan was better side. But Wan Jamak tactical are against the odds where they able to settle down to the games after 20 minutes dominating the possession.

Kelantan need to buckle up their defence next year if they want silverware. In the Malaysia Cup final match, they are not able to cope up with Hairuddin and Zaquan Adha penetration seeing loan player, Nazrul Ezwan failed to stop Negeri Sembilan striker while youngster, Zamri Ramli two costly errors led to two of Negri's three goals.

Kelantan should be proud with their self to feature in Malaysia Cup final even though they emerge as runner up in their first season in Malaysia top flight. Negeri Sembilan took three years to win Malaysia Cup under Wan Jamak Wan Hassan guidance and I hope Kelantan FA won’t sack B. Sathianathan due to this loss.

Lot of improvement in this year Malaysia Cup competition and I hope FAM will drive this effort for next year to continue raising our football standard.

I just disappointed with some of the Kelantan fans which is unable to accept this defeat and damaging public property and try to injure our fellow Malaysian. I believe this will cost a hefty fine to Kelantan FA from their fans uncivilized behaviour.
