K. Rajagopal announced the last 20 men who will carry Malaysian hope to win football gold medal in SEA Games 2009. Four players were eliminated from the squad. Three of them are strikers Ahmad Syakir Ali, Razali Umar Kandasamy, Farderin Kadir and one goalkeeper Syed Adney.

K. Rajagopal also mention he supposed to bring Razali Umar Kandasamy in his squad but his absence without official leave (AWOL) since Friday cause his place in this squad. I really disappoint with Razali Umar Kandasamy attitude regarding this matter even i did not deny he is one of the good striker that we have. Report quoting that K. Rajagopal make a call to Razali on Friday and he mention he will report on Saturday due to transportation problem but did not show up.

What the heck in this world K. Rajagopal need to give him a call in the first place? As player, you are responsible to notify your coach. Some more you broke your promise and didn't even call him to explain. This behaviour is really unacceptable. Razali Umar Kandasamy can say good bye to his international career.

From the list i pretty happy. But i wish i could see Khyril Muhaimeen playing in SEA Games to provide us more variety with pacey winger who can turn to be striker who is still injured. And Bunyamin Omar to be our robust box to box modfielder. :(

I presume this what will be the best formation for our SEA Games squad in traditional 4-4-2 formation.
