Future of Pahang veteran, Azizul Kamaluddin and Jalaluddin Jaafar that has been with team through thick and thin for 10 years with Pahang is uncertain. They still don’t get any words or contract on the table whether they will still feature for Pahang in 2009 season.
Even, Pahang new coach, Tajuddin Nor has no idea what is Pahang plan for both of them. He said that their future will be decided by Pahang FA President, Tengku Abdul Rahman Sultan Ahmad Shah that will be announce in the one or two weeks.
Pahang plan in Malaysia Super League next year is to feature about 90 percent of their homegrown player. Due to fact that most of them is youngster, experience and guidance from Azizul Kamaluddin and Jalaluddin Jaafar will be valuable to the team. Most of Pahang player are promoted from their state club, Shahzan Muda who played in Malaysia Premier League last season.
With manager cum head coach post left by Malaysia legend Zainal Abidin Hassan, Tajuddin Nor have bigger shoe to fill to reprise the year of success for Pahang in early of 1990.
